1. Products & Services

Arun Hitech is a V-Guard authorized dealer offering solar water heaters, heat pumps, and solar panels. Product specifications, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include 5% GST
Prices may change without prior notice
Payment terms: 50% advance, 50% on installation completion
EMI options available through our financial partners
Final invoice will be provided after installation

3. Installation Services

Free site visit available across Coimbatore (within 50km)
Installation time: 3-4 hours for residential, 6-8 hours for commercial
Customer must ensure proper rooftop access and water supply
Same-day installation available if booked before 2 PM
Additional charges may apply for special mounting requirements

4. Warranty

All V-Guard products come with manufacturer warranty:

Solar Water Heater Tank: 10 years warranty
Heat Pump Compressor: 5 years warranty
Heat Pump Other Parts: 2 years warranty
Solar Panels: 25 years warranty
First Year Service: Free for all installations

Warranty is void in case of damage from natural disasters, improper use, modifications by unauthorized persons, or hard water without proper treatment.

5. Cancellation & Refund

Orders can be cancelled before installation begins
Cancellation fee: 10% of order value
Refund processed within 7-10 business days
Once installation begins, no refunds are applicable
Customer can request product replacement under warranty conditions

6. Service & Maintenance

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) available at ₹3,500/year
Single service visits charged at ₹500
Tube replacement: ₹800 per tube
Tank cleaning: ₹1,500
Service response time: Same-day in Coimbatore, 1-2 days outside

7. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate site information for proper sizing
Ensure rooftop has adequate space and structural strength
Society/landlord approval for installation (if applicable)
Regular maintenance as per V-Guard guidelines
Inform us of any issues within 7 days for warranty claims

8. Limitation of Liability

Arun Hitech's liability is limited to product replacement or refund as per warranty terms. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses arising from product use or installation.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Arun Hitech or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited. V-Guard trademarks belong to V-Guard Industries Ltd.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
